1 Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements for the cotton bale information management process. This standard applies to cotton processing information management of cotton processing enterprises.

3 Technical requirements

3.1 The computer shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 9813. 3.2 The color printer's print resolution is not less than 600dpi. 3.3 The mobile scanning system can store at least 20,000 bales of data and can communicate with the computer synchronously. 3.4 Network communication equipment should comply with the provisions of the GB/T 7394 series of standards. 3.5 The storage capacity of the mobile storage device meets the requirements for use, and the erasing is not less than 100,000 times. 3.6 Bar code card that records cotton processing information, with anti-breakage, waterproof and anti-fading properties. 3.7 Cotton processing information is printed on the barcode card in the form of a bar code. The barcode passes through the infrared scanner or has the same barcode scanning function. The scanner is able to recognize.
