3 Project conditions
3.1 Natural conditions
With the following conditions, it will be more conducive to the implementation of precision poverty alleviation projects in donkey breeding.
a) The industrial development area (province, city, county) has experience in donkey breeding;
b) With the county (flag and district) as the unit, the animal husbandry improvement system is sound, and has or may be able to cultivate long-term donkey breeding and disease in the development area.

3.2 Site conditions

3.2.2 It has the transportation conditions for product transportation, and it is not less than 500m away from ordinary roads, and not less than 1000m away from the main road of transportation.
3.2.3 Keep away from noise, dust, factories, mines, airports, roads, railways, the distance from the livestock market, slaughterhouse should be greater than.2000m, and away from residents

3.2.4 Avoid the upstream sources of domestic drinking water, scenic tourist areas, nature reserves, and faults, subsidence, landslides, and underground muds
