For neurasthenic syndrome, autonomic dysfunction and toxic peripheral neuropathy.

GBZ 76 Occupational acute chemical poisoning Nervous system disease diagnostic criteria
3 diagnostic principles
According to a short period of time inhalation of high concentrations of gasoline vapor or long-term inhalation of gasoline vapor and skin contact with the history of gasoline,
Is the central nervous system or peripheral nerve damage-based clinical manifestations, combined with on-site hygiene survey and the concentration of gasoline in the air measured
And to exclude other causes of similar diseases, can be diagnosed.
4 observation object
With headache, dizziness, memory loss, insomnia, fatigue, palpitations, sweating and other neurasthenic syndrome and autonomic nerve
Symptoms of functional disorders can be classified as observed.
5 Diagnostic and grading standards
5.1 acute poisoning

5.2.1 mild poisoning
Those who have one of the following conditions can be diagnosed with mild poisoning.
a) distal numbness of the limbs, gloves, socks-like distribution of pain, touch loss, accompanied by Achilles tendon reflex;
b) Neuro-electromyography shows neurogenic damage.
5.2.2 moderate poisoning
In addition to the above performance, one of the following conditions.
a) limb muscle strength weakened to 3 degrees or less, often Achilles tendon reflex;
b) distal limbs (large, small fish muscle, interosseous muscle) atrophy.

Those who have one of the following conditions are diagnosed with severe poisoning.
a) toxic encephalopathy, common manifestations of indifferent expression, unresponsive, memory, loss of computing power;
b) toxic psychosis, schizophrenia;
c) toxic peripheral neuropathy caused by limb paralysis.
5.3 Skin damage
6 Principles of handling
6.1 Principles of treatment
6.1.1 acute poisoning
Should be quickly out of the scene, remove the skin pollution and quiet rest. First aid principle and medical the same.
6.1.2 Chronic poisoning
According to the disease for comprehensive symptomatic treatment. The treatment is the same as neuropsychiatric.
6.1.3 gasoline inhalation pneumonia can be given short-term glucocorticoid treatment and symptomatic treatment.
6.2 Other treatments
6.2.1 Observe the subject once a year, focusing on neurological examination, as far as possible neurological - EMG examination.
6.2.2 acute poisoning in patients with mild treatment, can restore the original work; severe poisoning patients after treatment recovery should be transferred from gasoline
Operation; inhalation pneumonia after cure, the general can restore the original work.
6.2.3 chronic poisoning patients should be transferred from petrol operations, regular review, and according to the appropriate arrangements for work or rest.

Refineries and oil depots.
A.4 According to the survey data analysis, the occurrence of occupational chronic solvent gasoline poisoning length of service is generally more than 15 years. But because of the individual
Differences in the concentration of gasoline in the air, the production environment and personal protection, etc., the incidence of treatment can be shorter.
A.5 Chronic gasoline poisoning can cause toxic peripheral neuropathy and neurasthenic syndrome. Physical examination must be repeated to check the extremities
Depth of feeling, with, knee tendon reflex, and should strive for neurological - electromyography.
A.6 Nerve-electromyography is an early objective indicator of the diagnosis of neurogenic lesions, and its codes of practice and neurological damage
