1 Scope

This Guidance Document specifies the basic requirements for the production of peppers, mainly including the selection and management of production bases, the production inputs Management, cultivation and management, pest control, labor protection, batch management, archival records and so on. 3 production base selection and management

3.1 production base selection Environmental conditions of the production base should be consistent with the requirements of GB/T 18407.1, and fill out the "basic record of production base" (see Table A.1) And "record of existing species survey of production base" (see Table A.2).
