Foreword
GB/T 23751 "micro fuel cell power generation system" includes the following three sections.
--- Part 1. Safety;
--- Part 2. Performance test methods;
--- Part 3. Interchangeability.
This guidance is the third part of GB/T 23751 technical document.
This instructional document has been drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This Guidance Document is equivalent to IEC 62282-6-300-2009 "Fuel Cell Technology, Part 6-300. Micro Fuel Cells
Power generation system fuel tank interchangeability. "
This guideline is technically consistent with IEC 62282-6-300-2009, with only the following editorial changes.
--- Remove the foreword and introduction of international standards, increase the preface of national standards;
--- The guidance of technical documents "normative references" in the reference standard, all with IEC (or ISO ) corresponding to the national standard
Use national standards instead.
The documents of our country that are consistent with the corresponding international documents that are normative references in this standard are as follows.
--- GB/T 23751.1-2009 Micro-fuel cell power generation system Part 1. Safety (GB/T 23751.1-2009,
IEC 62282-6-100.2007, MOD)
This guidance document is proposed by China Electrical Equipment Industry Association.

Micro-fuel cell power generation system
Part 3 - Fuel container interchangeability
1 Scope
This Guidance Document specifies the interchangeability of fuel cells for micro fuel cells with the objective of ensuring that the micro fuel cell power generation system
Fuel containers are compatible with a variety of micro fuel cell power packs while maintaining the safety and performance requirements. This Guidance Document provides
The design of the fuel container and its connection interface also specifies the fuel type, fuel concentration and fuel quality requirements. This guidance document
It also specifies methods of avoiding the misconnection of fuel containers, as well as test methods to verify that the fuel and fuel containers meet the interchangeability requirements.
IEC 62282-6-100.2007 and GB/T 23751.2-2009 do not involve fuels from fuel containers and fuel containers. This guide
The technical document describes the performance test methods for fuel containers, the fuel output from the fuel containers, and the identification of the interchangeability of fuel containers.
This includes the impact of fuel container performance, such as fuel quality, that can affect the performance of the PFC power unit and the output of the fuel container
Of available fuel volume.
A block diagram of a micro fuel cell power generation system is shown in Figure 1. Micro-fuel cell power generation system and micro-fuel cell power unit means
Portable or hand-held device, the output DC voltage does not exceed 60V and the output power does not exceed 240W. This guidance document refers
And the fuel cell of the micro fuel cell power unit, and the connection interface between the fuel cell and the micro fuel cell power unit. This guidance
The main part of the technical document includes a methanol (including aqueous methanol) liquid fuel container. Appendix A gives a confirmation of the expected normal operation
And the foreseeable background of the forces applied under erroneous operating conditions. Appendix B shows the fuel connection interface and fuel tank type test used
Test fixture design examples.
Note. Liquid fuel means that the fuel is delivered from the container to the micro fuel cell power unit in liquid form; gaseous fuel means that the fuel is delivered in gaseous form from the container
In the delivery to the power unit.
