1 Scope
This document provides the requirements for GB/T 17215.631-2018, IEC TS62056-41.1998 and GB /Z 17215.651-2022
The protocol manages all specific information for the DLMS server. The server is in all respects consistent with the DLMS model (see DL/T 790.441-
2004) with the following differences.
---It is mandatory to use these protocols for access to all actual devices;
---Specific service access point of the application layer transport sublayer (TSAP="0000000000" according to GB /Z 17215.651-2022)
