This section replaces GB/T 9966.4-2001 "Test methods for natural facing stone-Part 4. Abrasion resistance test method" This section
Compared with GB/T 9966.4-2001, in addition to editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Increased the scope of application of the grinding wheel grinding method (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2001 edition);
--- Added and adjusted normative references (see Chapter 2);
--- Added the principle and schematic diagram of the wear-resistant machine test equipment (see 3.1.1, 3.1 of the.2001 version);
--- Modified the technical parameters of the abrasive disc size, test weight, speed and abrasive flow rate (see 3.1.1,.2001 version)
3.1 and 5.2);
--- Improved the accuracy requirements of the balance (see 3.1.2, 3.3 of the.2001 version);
--- Modify the sample size (see 3.2, 4.1 of the.2001 version);
--- Modified the sample drying temperature and constant weight time (see 3.3.1, 5.1 of the.2001 version);
--- Modified the abrasive type and wear revolutions (see 3.3.2, 3.2 and 5.2 of the.2001 version);
--- Increased the test method for bulk density (see 3.3.3);
--- Modified the calculation formula (see Chapter 6, Chapter 6 of the.2001 edition);

Test methods for natural stone
Part 4. Abrasion resistance test
1 Scope
This part of GB/T 9966 specifies the equipment, test samples, test procedures, test results and tests for the abrasion resistance of natural stone.
Inspection report.
This section applies to the determination of abrasion resistance of natural stone. The abrasive disc abrasion method (Method A) is suitable for testing materials, such as blocks, squares
Pavement stones, etc .; The grinding wheel grinding method (Method B) is suitable for product testing, such as composite boards, marble boards with crystallized surfaces.
2 Normative references
The following documents are essential for the application of this document. For dated references, only the dated version applies to this article
Pieces. For undated references, the latest version (including all amendments) applies to this document.

3 Abrasive disc wear method (Method A)
3.1 Equipment
3.1.1 Abrasion tester
The abrasive disc type abrasion tester is shown in Figure 1.It mainly consists of a specimen holder capable of rotating, a steel abrasive disc capable of rotating, and abrasive.
The application device and other supporting components. The sample entrainment drives the sample to rotate, and the wear of the sample occurs between the abrasive and the rotating disc.
The abrasion resistance of the samples was evaluated.
Steel grinding disc hardness 203HB ~ 245HB, diameter 254mm ± 1mm, rotation speed 45r/min ± 1r/min; four sample clamps are uniform
It is distributed on a circle with a diameter of 180mm which is concentric with the grinding disc.The self-rotation speed of the sample holder is 45r/min ± 1r/min; the sample holder, vertical axis, screw
The total weight of the rotating gear and the load adjustment device is.2000g and is added to the sample; during the test, the abrasive application device is 60g/min ~
Add abrasive at a constant speed of 70g/min; the vertical axis can move up and down freely in the vertical direction.
3.1.2 Balance
The measuring range is 1000g, and the accuracy is 0.01g.
3.1.3 Blast Dryer
The temperature can be controlled within the range of 65 ℃ ± 5 ℃.
3.2 Test samples
3.2.1 Select a representative stone sample, the test surface should be mirror or fine surface.
3.2.2 The length and width of the samples are 50mm ± 0.5mm, the thickness is 15mm ~ 50mm, there are 4 samples in each group, and 4 on the test surface.
