Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This standard replaces GB/T 9746-2004 "Aircraft Tyres series."
This standard compared with GB/T 9746-2004, in addition to editorial changes outside the main changes are as follows.
--- Add or delete a portion of the tire specifications, Table 2 increased by 11 aircraft tire specifications; Table 5 helicopter tire adds a specification;
Table 6 increased by 15 radial aviation tire specifications; Table 7 adds an aircraft tire specifications Class 1; Table 8 aircraft tire
An increase of 19 Class 2 specification, removed five specifications; Table 3 Class 9 aircraft tires removed a specification; Table 10 Meridian Airlines
An increase of 13 tire specifications, removed a specification.
--- Information Appendix A Data "special purpose aviation tire table" slight change, with reference to foreign standards for digital round;
--- Information Appendix A Table A.4 increased radial tire Alternate shoulder size.
The use of standard reference redrafted law "American Tire and Rim Association standards Yearbook 2009" (TRA-2009) (English version), "European
Chau Tyre and Rim Technical Organization Standards Manual 2009 "(ETRTO-2009) (English version) and ISO 3324-1.1997" Aircraft Tyres and
Rims - Part 1. Specification "(in English) prepared with the above criteria is not equivalent. The standard in Table 2, Table 3, Table 4,
Tables 5 and 6 using TRA-2009 in the content, Table 7, Table 8, Table 9, Table 10 using the corresponding content ETRTO-2009, Table 11
It is currently reserved production specifications series.
The standard proposed by China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association.
The standard tire rim by the National Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC19) centralized.
This standard was drafted. Rubber Group Shuguang Rubber Industry Research and Design Institute.

4 Requirements
4.1 Representation aircraft tire specifications
There are three forms of bias ply aircraft tire specification 4.1.1 representation, specification expression values \u200b\u200brepresent only the nominal size of the tire, and
The actual tire peripheral dimensions are not necessarily equal.
a) Section Width - together with the rim diameter
For example. 6.00-6 (unit. in)
b) the outer diameter × Section Width
For example. 800 × 200 (unit. mm)
46 × 16 (unit. in)
c) Section Width × outer diameter - the diameter of the rim of the co
For example. 560 × 210-229 (Unit. mm)
H40 × 14.5-19 (unit. in)
B40 × 15.5-16 (unit. in)
26 × 6.6- (14) (unit. in)
Radial aircraft tire specification 4.1.2 There are two forms of representation methods.
a) Section Width R rim diameter of cooperation
For example. 6.50R10 (unit. in)
b) the outer diameter of the section width × R rim diameter of cooperation
For example. 730 × 210R381 (Unit. mm)
H40 × 14.5R19 (unit. in)
4.1.3 letter prefix meaning tire size expression is as follows.
B --- tire is equipped with 15 ° bead seat of the rim, and the ratio of the width at the rim and the tire section width is 0.6 to 0.7.
