introduction
Pressure equipment includes boilers, pressure vessels, gas cylinders and pressure pipes. These equipment are widely used in various aspects of the national economy. Their common characteristics are.
The point is that it involves production and life safety. Once an accident occurs, the harm is great. There are many kinds of materials used in manufacturing pressure equipment. Steel is the most important material in the actual process.
The most widely used material in the industry. Steel for pressure equipment is a key raw material for the manufacture of major technical equipment and is the key to the safe operation of pressure equipment.
As pressure-bearing equipment develops towards large-scale, high-parameter, and structural diversity, its working conditions are becoming more and more demanding.
Therefore, more stringent requirements are put forward for the materials used to manufacture pressure-bearing equipment. Reasonable selection of materials is crucial for the reasonable structure, safety and long-term use of equipment.
In order to further standardize the technical requirements of steel for pressure equipment, it is urgent to formulate a unified pressure equipment steel standard.
Standard for steel plates and strips for equipment, to be referenced in GB/T 150.2.
GB/T 713 "Steel Plates and Strips for Pressure Equipment" is intended to standardize the steel plates and strips for boilers, pressure vessels, liquefied natural gas (LNG) ships, liquefied petroleum gas
Classification and grade, ordering content, size, shape, weight, technical requirements, test methods, inspection of steel plates and steel strips for pressure equipment such as (LPG) ships
It consists of 8 parts, including inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificate.
--- Part 1.General requirements. The purpose is to identify requirements that are common to other parts so that they can be referenced in other parts.
--- Part 2.Non-alloy steels and alloy steels with specified temperature properties. The purpose is to determine the use temperature not lower than
-20℃, pressure equipment with thickness not more than 25.4mm steel strip and coiled steel plate and single rolled steel plate with thickness of 3mm~250mm
Technical requirements for steel plates.
--- Part 3.Low alloy steel with specified low temperature properties. The purpose is to determine the low alloy steel used for the manufacture of low alloy steels with a service temperature of not less than -70℃ and pressure
Technical requirements for low alloy steel plates with a thickness of 5mm~120mm for equipment.
--- Part 4.Nickel alloy steels with specified low temperature properties. The purpose is to determine the nickel alloy steels with a service temperature of not less than -196 ° C and a thickness of not less than
Technical requirements for nickel alloy steel plates with specified low temperature properties at 150mm.
--- Part 5.High manganese steel with specified low temperature properties. The purpose is to determine the high manganese steel with a service temperature of not less than -196℃ and a thickness of
Technical requirements for 5mm~60mm high manganese steel plates with specified low temperature performance.
--- Part 6.Quenched and tempered high strength steel. The purpose is to determine the quenched and tempered high strength steel for pressure equipment with a thickness of 10mm~80mm
Technical requirements for high-strength steel plates.
--- Part 7.Stainless steel and heat-resistant steel. The purpose is to determine the hot-rolled stainless steel for pressure equipment with a width of not less than 600 mm.
Steel and heat-resistant steel plates and strips (including coiled steel plates) and cold-rolled stainless steel and heat-resistant steel plates and strips (including coiled steel plates)
Technical requirements.
--- Part 8.Homogeneous and heterogeneous rolled composite steel plates. The purpose is to determine the thickness of the steel plates produced by the rolling composite process.
Homogeneous composite steel plates for pressure-bearing equipment with a total thickness of not less than 60 mm and heterogeneous composite steel plates for pressure-bearing equipment with a total thickness of not less than 6.0 mm
technical requirements.
