This standard replaces GB/T 6422-1986 "enterprise energy measurement and test guidelines."
This standard and GB/T 6422-1986 compared to the main changes are as follows.
--- The standard name changed to "energy-using equipment to test guidelines";
--- Since the standard content adjustments, remove some of the terms, and modify the term;
Remove and energy metering equipment used to monitor two chapters all --- original standard;
--- Chapter 7 of the original standard equipment energy balance test to the basic requirements;

1 Scope
This standard specifies the basic requirements, test conditions, test methods and test reports using equipment energy measurement.
This standard applies to energy-using equipment, energy equipment and systems testing.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1
