This standard replaces GB/T 5523-1985 "grain and oilseeds test lipase activity assay."
The main changes compared to 5523-1985 standard and GB/T as follows.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1
The amount of a certain amount of lipase in the sample and the role of pure oil free fatty acids generated by the sample and 1g (dry basis) generated

5 Reagents and materials
The following reagents were analytical grade reagents.
5.1 Water. in line with GB/T 6682 laboratory water three requirements.
5.2 10g/L phenolphthalein indicator. Weigh 1.0g of phenolphthalein dissolved 100mL95% (volume fraction) ethanol.
5.3 1.0mol/L aqueous potassium hydroxide standard solution. According to GB/T 601 formulation and calibration.
5.4 0.05mol/L potassium hydroxide standard titration solution. accurate Pipette 50.0mL already calibrated standard stock solution of potassium hydroxide (5.3)
In 1000mL volumetric flask, with 95% (volume fraction) ethanol diluted volume to 1000mL, stored in polyethylene plastic bottles. Before use
Diluted formulation.
5.5 ethanol and anhydrous ether (4.1) mixture.
5.6 pH7.4 buffer.
A solution. Weigh-hydrogen phosphate, disodium 11.876g, dissolved in 1L of water.
