3 Test Equipment
--- Glass cylinder 250mL;
--- Test bars made of steel or brass rod, surface finish;
--- Loupe magnification of 3 and 7 times two kinds;
--- Winding apparatus around the hand;
--- Sodium sulfide chemically pure;
--- Sulfur chemically pure;
--- Ethanol or diethyl ether.
4 Sample Preparation
4.1 Sampling
Samples shall be eight units of product packaging (circle or disc), with a length of about 300mm interception of a sample from each of a packaging unit.
4.2 Pretreatment
The sample is immersed in an appropriate organic solvent such as ethanol or ether like cleaning, at least 3min. After removal with a clean soft cloth to wipe dry.
The sample was pretreated in a clean container, waiting for trial. While handling the sample should not touch the sample is immersed in the test solution
That section, and pay attention to prevent damage to the surface of the specimen.
5 test procedure
Preparation of sodium sulfide solution over 5.1
Sodium sulfide crystals were dissolved in distilled water, until the solution reaches saturation at 20 ℃, then add a sufficient amount of sulfur (250g/L to
On), heated and stirred to make it completely saturated. After filtration, the solution was allowed to stand 24h, made more concentrated solution of sodium sulfide.
Diluted with distilled water and an appropriate amount of sodium polysulfide solution was concentrated, and the resulting sodium polysulfide test solution should be in the proportion of 16 ℃ is 1.142.
Each sodium polysulfide solution test should have sufficient concentrations, should enable a bare copper wire within 5s completely black, otherwise the test solution
