Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This standard replaces GB/T 4756-1998 "petroleum liquid manual sampling method", compared with the GB/T 4756-1998, the main technical change
as follows.
--- Increase in the range from fuel oil gun manual sampling the contents (see Chapter 1, 1998 version 1.1);
--- Expand the scope of products to be sampled will be sampled product in liquid form to upper temperature limit of 100 ℃ storage by modifying the
200 ℃, removed about product RVP regulations (see Chapter 1, 1998 version 1.2);
--- Streamlining the contents of the range, the composition of which remove manual sampling methods, provisions to reduce or eliminate loss of light components tips sampling
The method of using undue influence, and a statement of the purpose of sampling to determine the criteria contained in the liquid level is uneven, collection methods sediments
(See Chapter 1, 1998 edition of 1.3,1.4,1.5,1.6,1.7 and 1.8);
--- Increasing the GB/T 2828.1-2012, GB/T 11146, GB/T 27867 and ISO 1998 (all parts) as a normative reference
File, delete the GB/T 1884, GB/T 6533 (see Chapter 2);
--- Delete the terms and definitions of the "competent person", "pipeline", "Packaging", "dissolved water" and "free water" totaling five terms (see
1998 edition 3.1,3.4,3.9.3,3.11.1 and 3.11.3);
--- Increase "autosampler" in the terminology and definitions, the term "bottom water samples", "closed sampling", "bowl-like", "drain-like", "floating roof-like", "fat
Class-like "," open sampling "," portable sampling device, "" limited sampling "and" measures to control "," sewage pond-like "," side pot-like "," test
Kind "," steam stop valve "and" sample interval "total 16 terms (see 3.3,3.6,3.7,3.9,3.10,3.11,3.12,3.17,3.19,

--- Modify the structure of the standard preparation of the package alone as a sample chapter (see Chapter 11, 1998 version 7.4).
This standard uses redrafted law revision using ISO 3170.2004 "Liquid petroleum manual sampling method."
This standard and ISO 3170.2004 technical differences and their reasons are as follows.
--- Increase the sample from the refueling gun oil content in the range of the first paragraph, this standard specifies explicitly be taken from the fuel oil gun
Such methods;
--- For the scope of paragraph 3 related to international standards of other special oil sampling, where there are the corresponding national standards and industry standards, are
Adjusted accordingly, in order to facilitate the use of standard user with "SH/T 0233" instead of "ISO 4257"; with

This standard was first released in November 1984, in June 1998 the first amendment, this is the second revision.
Introduction
This standard is intended to standardize the reservoir container or oil pipelines in liquid/semi-liquid hydrocarbon manual sampling. If the hydrocarbon sampling
Having a non-uniform properties, showed the presence of significantly different in composition, or contain sediment and water samples are collected by hand may not have
Representative, but non-uniform thereby assess the extent and calculated mass numbers.
The method specified in this standard can reduce and eliminate the loss of light components in the sample. This loss can occur in the deployment or transfer of the sample
Between, thus the sample is not representative of the bulk oil.
This standard is intended to provide samples of the following purposes.
a) to determine the parameters of liquid/hydrocarbons;
b) determining the water content;
c) identify other impurities do not belong to the transfer of liquids.
If used in a), b), c) the sampling method for three purposes conflicting, it would take were collected with a suitable sample.
Uneven liquid sampling methods specified in this standard can be used to assess the degree of unevenness, and count the number of quality.
This standard also includes a gas tank under pressure of an inert liquid hydrocarbon tanks with vapor sampling method and system to take control of volatile
Inject.
This standard can be used with the GB/T 27867 combination "petroleum liquids pipeline automatic sampling."
Petroleum liquid manual sampling method
1 Scope
This standard specifies from fixed tanks, rail tank cars, tank cars, ships, barrels, listen, pumped liquid pipelines or refueling gun oil or liquid collection
Semi-liquid hydrocarbons, tank residues and sediment samples manual sampling method.
This standard applies to storage at or near atmospheric tank or pipeline transportation, in the range of room temperature to 200 ℃ in liquid form
Type storage and transportation of petroleum products, crude oil and intermediate products sampled.
This standard does not apply to objects belonging to other Standard sampling of special petroleum products, such as electrical insulating oils (IEC 60475), liquefied

This standard includes existing sampling methods and the type of equipment being used. For the subsequent emergence of new equipment, as long as in accordance with this standard
Requirements and methods of sampling, it can also be used in the present standard.
NOTE. This standard may also apply to most non-corrosive sampling liquid chemical products, but should strictly observe liquid chemical products corresponding security measures.
