To implement the "13th Five-Year Plan for the Construction and Networking of Public Security Video Surveillance" and the "Opinions on Strengthening Public Security Video Surveillance"
The document "Several Opinions on Building Networked Applications" (NDRC High-Tech [2015] No. 996) requires the establishment of a unified network architecture and standards.
Upgrade and expand the existing national e-government extranet or construct a national e-government extranet video transmission network to ensure public safety video surveillance.
This includes enabling information exchange and sharing across regions, departments, and levels, and standardizing and guiding the construction of networks for sharing and exchanging public security video and image information.
