1 Scope
This document specifies the grades and marks, general requirements, public environment and supporting facilities, buildings and facilities, sanitation and services, operation of tourist accommodation
and management, grading conditions and grading methods.
This document is applicable to officially operating tourist homestays, including but not limited to residential houses, mansions, inns, inns, manors, villas, etc.

5.1 It should be open for business for more than one year, and no relevant violations of laws and regulations have occurred. The same location and the same investment and business entity can only apply for an overall application.
