1 Scope
This document specifies the test conditions, test contents, acceptance criteria and test records for the cold performance test before initial fuel loading of PWR nuclear power plants
and report.
This document is applicable to the cold performance test before the initial fuel loading of the pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Debug commissioning
The process of operating installed nuclear power plant components and systems and verifying that their performance conforms to design requirements and related criteria.
Note. Commissioning includes tests without nuclear reactions and with nuclear reactions.
3.2

Initial start-up of fluid systems and support systems to obtain initial operating data of equipment, operational compatibility with connected systems, and verification of this
some system functions.
4 Test conditions
The test conditions of the cold state performance test before charging mainly include.
a) The organizational structure, division of responsibilities, human resources, planning and administrative management have been arranged;
b) The staffing and training meet the requirements, and the personnel have passed the necessary qualification review and have been authorized;
c) The debugging file has taken effect;
d) The test schedule has been formulated, and each item of the cold performance test can be carried out in an orderly and controlled manner;
e) structures, systems and components have been installed in accordance with design requirements and technical conditions;
f) Before the cold performance test, the function of the equipment, subsystem or component has been verified, and the system is in a state suitable for starting the test;
g) The combined flushing of the single system and the nuclear steam supply system has been completed;
h) Mechanical equipment, electrical equipment and instrumentation and control equipment have been inspected and meet the test requirements;
i) Data acquisition, data analysis and control functions meet the design requirements;
