1 Scope
This document specifies the test purpose, test conditions, test content and acceptance criteria of the thermal performance test before initial fuel loading of PWR nuclear power plants
and test records and reports.
This document is applicable to the thermal performance test before initial fuel loading of pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Debug commissioning
The process of operating installed nuclear power plant components and systems and verifying that their performance conforms to design requirements and related criteria.
Note. Commissioning includes tests without nuclear reactions and with nuclear reactions.
3.2

By simulating the actual operating conditions of the nuclear steam supply system in the nuclear power plant, the thermal performance of the nuclear steam supply system and the presence of equipment and instruments in the

4 Purpose of the test
4.1 Verify that system performance is consistent with specified requirements. The thermal performance test should simulate the operating conditions of the power plant as much as possible, including
expected operating events at the temperature, pressure, and flow rate.
4.2 Verify the efficiency of the insulation and cooling system as far as possible. The test will initially check flow, vibration, clearance and other adaptations to the component or system
measures taken to expand. The test shall verify the operation of instruments and other equipment at high temperatures, and confirm the relevant operating techniques.
4.3 The duration of the thermal performance test shall be such that the test reaches steady state operating conditions to determine whether structures, systems and components can be
operating conditions.
