Introduction
Under the strategic goal of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality", the development of clean and low-carbon energy such as ocean energy can greatly reduce the level of CO2 emissions and help the
Efforts to implement the national dual-carbon target strategy. In this regard, my country has established a standard system to support the investigation, evaluation, development and utilization of ocean energy. exist
In this standard system, GB/T 41341 "Technical Specifications for Site Selection of Ocean Power Stations" is the basic standard to guide the site selection of ocean power stations in my country.
GB/T 41341 aims to establish the site selection content, technical requirements and data, site selection process and method of ocean energy power stations, which consists of two parts.
constitute.
--- Part 1.Trend energy. The purpose is to establish the site selection work for tidal current power station.
--- Part 2.Wave energy. The purpose is to establish the site selection work for wave energy power station.
The development of technical specifications for the site selection of ocean energy power stations and the standardization of calculation methods for ocean energy power stations are important for large-scale development and utilization of ocean energy resources.
Technical Support.
Technical Specifications for Site Selection of Ocean Power Stations

4 Site selection content
4.1 Resource investigation and evaluation
Resource investigation and evaluation should be carried out on the basis of tidal current energy resource census and selection. The survey and evaluation of tidal energy resources should include but not be limited to
on the following.
a) Identify the reserves of tidal energy resources in the sea area of the site, and draw a distribution map;
b) Identify the grade and quantity of tidal energy resources in the sea area of the site, and draw a resource zoning map;
c) Select and delineate the power station sites in the tidal current energy resource-rich area and the relatively rich area, draw the site map, and carry out the site resource evaluation;
d) Determine the site of the tidal current power station, and calculate the theoretical annual power generation and annual on-grid power of the power station.
