Introduction
With the gradual application and popularization of 3D computer-aided design (CAD) technology, and model-based definition (MBD) technology in manufacturing
The implementation within the enterprise, the development mode and development process of mechanical products have undergone major changes, and the 3D digital model has replaced the 2D drawings.
It has gradually become the only basis for product development, which is a huge change in terms of technology, management and ideas. this
The changes make it difficult for the traditional two-dimensional process design standards to be applied to the process design in the three-dimensional environment. In order to effectively solve the three-dimensional work of manufacturing enterprises
To solve the bottleneck problem in the application of art design technology, promote the popularization and engineering application of three-dimensional process design technology, and formulate GB/T 41158 "Mechanical Production
Product 3D Process Design. According to the working process of three-dimensional process design of mechanical products, it is planned to be composed of seven parts.
--- Part 1.Terms and Definitions. The purpose is to standardize the terms and definitions related to the three-dimensional process design of mechanical products, and to unify the related terms and definitions.
concepts and avoid communication difficulties, ambiguities and misunderstandings caused by unclear concepts and terminology.
--- Part 2.General requirements. The purpose is to classify the three-dimensional process design of mechanical products, the general process and the communication of each key link.
Based on the requirements, it focuses on solving the common problems existing in the three-dimensional process of mechanical products, and gives relevant technical requirements.
--- Part 3.Model construction. The purpose is to standardize how to build and transfer the process and step models in the three-dimensional process design of mechanical products.
It focuses on solving problems such as the process and common requirements of process and step model construction in the process of 3D process design of mechanical products.
Avoid rework caused by inconsistent design habits.
--- Part 4.Process symbols and markings. The purpose is to standardize machining, sheet metal, welding and assembly in the three-dimensional process design of mechanical products.
Match the symbol content, representation and three-dimensional labeling requirements of typical process symbols, and provide basis for the labeling of process symbols in a three-dimensional environment.
