Introduction
Graphic symbol is a visually perceptible figure with specific meaning that has nothing to do with language, which is used to express certain information. For electrical equipment
Graphic symbols have a wide range of uses. For a series of symbols used in the same place or on similar equipment, consistent design can improve the understanding of the symbols. Reality
In international applications, when the symbol size is reduced to a very small size, a good design also helps to maintain its legibility. Therefore, experts involved in technical work
It is necessary to collaborate with experts responsible for the development and maintenance of graphical symbols for electrical equipment in the horizontal standard IEC 60417.
This document is used by committees that include graphical symbols for electrical equipment in their product publications. This document provides the committee to create
The method of graphical symbols used on electrical equipment, and how to consult the method of IEC /SC3C (SAC/TC27/SC3), so that these
The symbol is also listed in IEC 60417.
This document specifies the procedures jointly approved by IEC /SC3C and other committees to develop
Product publications with graphic symbols for gas equipment.
Graphical symbols for electrical equipment
Guidelines for inclusion in IEC publications
1 Scope
This document specifies the guidelines for the inclusion of graphical symbols for electrical equipment in IEC publications to ensure that it is included in the drawings for electrical equipment in IEC publications.
The symbol conforms to the requirements of horizontal standards IEC 60417 and ISO 7000.
This document is applicable to any technical committees and sub-technical committees that intend to develop graphical symbols for electrical equipment and include them in their product publications.
员会.
This document is based on Chapter 4 of IEC Guide108.2006.
For the creation of graphical symbols for new electrical equipment, see IEC 80416-1 and ISO 80416-2; for standardized drawings for electrical equipment
For the application of pictograms, see IEC 80416-3 and ISO 80416-4.
This horizontal standard is mainly used by technical committees when drafting standards based on the principles specified in IEC Guide108.
One of the duties of the technical committee is to appropriately use horizontal standards when drafting publications. Unless specifically mentioned or included in relevant publications
