The following terms and definitions defined in GB/T 18811 apply to this document.

Transaction entities belonging to different customs borders complete transactions, conduct payment settlements through e-commerce platforms, and deliver goods through cross-border logistics,

The information should be generated by real objects or environments, can reflect the real situation, and should not be artificially tampered with or fabricated.
4.2 Completeness
The information should be coordinated as a whole, with complete content and complete flow.
