Note. Such as artificial boards containing termites, pine wood nematodes and other harmful organisms.
3.4
Reuse
Appropriate physical or mechanical processing of recycled waste wood-based panels, or simple repairs, repairs, and refurbishment.
use.
Note. For example, the usable part of the abandoned building wooden beams and purlins can be directly processed into furniture parts, and the discarded large pieces of plywood are cut into small pieces for continued use.
3.5
Regenerativeutilization
Use waste wood-based panels as raw materials to produce or manufacture new materials.
Note. Such as waste wood production of artificial panels, waste wood liquefaction, carbon material manufacturing, etc.
4 basic principles
4.1 It should be rational, efficient and recycled.
4.2 Should be reduced, resourced, and harmless.
4.3 Recycling should be nearby, processing and utilization nearby, and recycling costs should be reduced as much as possible.
4.4 The quality of the products produced should conform to the national standards, industry standards, local standards, group standards or corporate standards of the corresponding products.
Claim.
5 categories
5.1 The classification of waste wood-based panels according to the generation channels is shown in Table 1.
Table 1 Waste wood-based panels are classified by production channels
5.2 Waste wood-based panels are classified according to the types of chemical substances and harmful organisms and their classification codes are shown in Table 2.
Table 2 Waste wood-based panels according to the types and classification codes of chemical substances and harmful organisms contained
6 Recycling and sorting
6.1 Recycling
Follow the principles of proximity, classification, safety, and environmental protection, and recycle from consumers or users of wood products, or use waste materials
Recycle bin (point) for recycling.
6.2 Sorting
The recycled waste wood-based panels can be classified according to the classification method in 5.2 and the requirements of downstream enterprises, according to the type of raw material, the shape of the raw material, and the raw material
The specifications are disassembled and sorted.
7 Storage and transportation
7.1 Storage
7.1.1 Waste wood-based panels should be stored separately.
7.1.2 The storage of waste wood-based panels should be fireproof, waterproof, anticorrosive, anti-spreading, anti-loss, anti-leakage and other measures to prevent environmental pollution.
The measures should comply with the relevant national solid waste pollution control standards.
7.1.3 The waste wood-based panels treated with anti-corrosion or flame-retardant treatment should be properly covered to prevent the degradation and loss of chemical substances caused by wind and rain.
7.1.4 Contains the substances listed in the "List of Hazardous Chemicals" and "National Hazardous Waste List", and contains "The People's Republic of China Entry Plant Quarantine
Waste wood-based panels of harmful organisms listed in the "List of Sexual Pests" and "National Forestry Quarantine Pests List" should be equipped with hazardous waste
The storage facilities shall be provided with waste identification signs and shall be promptly sent to a qualified hazardous solid waste treatment unit for disposal.
7.2 Transportation
