3 requirements
3.1 Product Classification
High-purity silver ingots are divided into three grades according to their chemical composition. IC-Ag99.9999, IC-Ag99.999, IC-Ag99.995.
3.2 Chemical composition
3.2.1 The chemical composition of high-purity silver ingots should meet the requirements of Table 1.
3.2.2 IC-Ag99.9999, IC-Ag99.999, IC-Ag99.995, the mass fraction of silver is 100% minus the measured mass fraction of impurities in Table 1
The difference between the sum of the numbers.
3.2.3 Impurities measured in high-purity silver ingots include but are not limited to the elements listed in Table 1.The buyer has special requirements for the chemical composition of high-purity silver impurities
The time can be determined through negotiation between the supplier and the buyer.
3.3 Physical specifications
3.3.1 High-purity silver ingots are rectangular ingots.
3.3.2 The dimensions and weight requirements of high-purity silver ingots are shown in Table 2.
Table 2 Size and weight requirements of pure high silver ingots
3.4 Surface quality
3.4.1 The surface of high-purity silver ingots should be smooth and clean, and there should be no obvious oxide layer. There must be no voids, interlayers, cracks, excessive shrinkage and clamping
Debris.
3.4.2 The height of the cut on the top of the 15kg high pure silver ingot shall not exceed 5mm from the end face.
3.4.3 The surface of high-purity silver ingots shall not have traces of mechanical or manual processing (except for cuts, copper brush treatment and surface marking).
4 Test method
4.1 The arbitration method for the chemical composition of high-purity silver ingots shall be conducted in accordance with GB/T 36590.
4.2 The external dimensions of high-purity silver ingots should be inspected with corresponding precision instruments.
4.3 The inspection of the unit weight of high-purity silver ingots should be carried out with a corresponding accuracy instrument, and the result is expressed as 0.1g.
4.4 The appearance quality of high-purity silver ingots shall be inspected visually.
5 Inspection rules
5.1 Inspection and acceptance
5.1.1 High-purity silver ingots shall be inspected by the supplier’s technical supervision department to ensure that the product quality meets the requirements of this standard, and the quality certificate shall be filled in.
Ming book.
5.1.2 The purchaser shall inspect the products received in accordance with the provisions of this standard. If it is deemed that the inspection results are not consistent with the provisions of this standard or the order contract,
When the time is met, it should be submitted to the supplier within 15 days from the date of receipt of the product. If arbitration is required, it shall be resolved through negotiation between the supplier and the buyer.
5.2 Batch
High-purity silver ingots should be submitted for inspection in batches. Each batch should consist of silver ingots of the same heat.
5.3 Inspection items
Each batch of high-purity silver ingots should be tested for chemical composition, physical specifications and surface quality before leaving the factory.
5.4 Sampling regulations
5.4.1 Arbitration sampling method for chemical composition of high-purity silver ingots
5.4.1.1 Each batch shall be sampled at 10% of the number of silver ingots, but not less than 1 ingot. Under special circumstances, sampling can be done block by block. The surface of the silver ingot is not
There should be foreign objects such as dust and oil.
5.4.1.2 Single ingot sampling method. draw diagonal lines on the two large faces of the ingot, and the center point is one-third and two-thirds of the top corners of the two sides.
Sampling points, a total of 8 points, as shown in Figure 1a).
5.4.1.3 Sampling method for two or more ingots. sampling points are carried out according to 4n (n is the number of ingots). Arrange the silver ingots in parallel
Shape, on the two large faces of each ingot, make the long side parallel lines, and divide the width of the ingot into 3 equal parts. Make the diagonals of the two faces, parallel and diagonal
The intersection of the lines is the sampling point. As shown in Figure 1b).
Figure 1 Sampling point
5.4.1.4 Use a drill with a diameter of 5mm~12mm to drill the sample. The drilling depth is not less than two-thirds of the thickness of the ingot. Strength of drill cuttings
After the force magnet is processed, mix well, and use the quarter method to reduce to no less than 300g. Divide into 3 parts (100g each), one part is kept by the supplier, and the other part is kept by the demander.
Save it for a copy of arbitration analysis.
5.4.2 Surface quality and physical specifications
The surface quality and physical specifications should be inspected block by block.
5.5 Judgment of test results
5.5.1 When the chemical composition determination result does not conform to this standard, the criticism is unqualified.
5.5.2 When the physical specification inspection result does not conform to this standard, the ingot shall be judged as unqualified.
5.5.3 When the surface quality inspection result does not conform to this standard, the ingot is judged as unqualified.
