Introduction
The GB/T 39748 series of test methods were originally formulated by the European Disposable Nonwovens Association, without technical modification, and integrated into
ISO 17190 is an international standard, divided into 11 parts.
These test methods have been used in practice for many years. According to the general standards (validity and reproducibility, etc.) of the test methods, the reliability has been measured.
It has been proved that it is suitable for the detection of sodium polyacrylate superabsorbent materials for sanitary products, including the detection of urine absorption aids for incontinent persons. This
These test methods are specifically used for testing materials, and are not applicable or applicable to the testing of finished urine absorption aids.
This part of GB/T 39748 is in accordance with ISO 17191 "Urine absorption aids for incontinence. Polyacrylic acid can be inhaled in the air. Highly absorbent water
Material Sodium Atomic Absorption Spectrometry for the Determination of Dust in the Collection Box" is used together.

Part 8.Determination of flow rate by weighing method
1 Scope
This part of GB/T 39748 specifies the method for measuring the mass flow rate of polyacrylate (PA) super absorbent powder.
This section applies to materials with mass flow rates ranging from 10.62g/s to 11.93g/s (see Appendix A), and is expected to be suitable for larger mass flows

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Flowability
The time for a certain quality of powder to flow through the specified funnel.
Note. The mass of the powder is expressed in grams (g).
3.2
Flowrate
The mass of powder flowing through the specified funnel per unit time.
Note 1.The flow rate is expressed in grams per second (g/s).
Note 2.For simplification, "flow" is used to refer to "mass flow".
4 Principle
Add representative samples to the specified funnel, record the time required for all samples to flow out of the funnel, and determine the super absorbent powder of polyacrylate (PA)
End of liquidity. The mass of the sample is divided by the time to calculate the flow rate.
