4 Principle
Under the premise that the interface between the ceramic coating and the uncoated sample (substrate) is continuous and without peeling, the substrate is measured based on the Archimedes drainage method
And the density of the coating-matrix composite (coating sample), and the solution of the density between the matrix, the coating sample and the ceramic coating is derived through mathematics
Analyze the relationship and calculate the density value of the ceramic coating: This method is suitable for both single coating and multilayer composite coating: Testing multiple layers
When coating a sample, consider a certain coating on the surface of the sample as a single-layer coating, and the rest of the sample as the substrate, and so on, you can measure
The density of any coating: According to the analytical relationship between the density of the substrate, the coating sample and the ceramic coating, the density of the ceramic coating can be measured as follows
