1 Scope

This part of GB/T 39560 describes the determination of polybrominated biphenyls in polymers of electrical and electronic products using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. (PBB), polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE) and four phthalates [diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP), di-n-butyl phthalate (DIBP) (DBP), butyl benzyl phthalate (BBP), di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP)] standard technical method. This document uses ultrasonic-assisted extraction method to simultaneously extract PBB, PBDE, DIBP, DBP, BBP, and DEHP from samples. Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) is a standard method for the simultaneous quantitative determination of PBB, PBDE, DIBP, DBP, BBP, and DEHP. The dosage range is 25 mg/kg to.2000 mg/kg. This test method has been tested on polypropylene (PP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), acrylic Materials such as rubber (ACM), polystyrene (PS), polyurethane (PU) and polyethylene (PE) were evaluated.
