3 Terms and definitions

Phosphorylated labeled nucleic acid
A single-stranded DNA with a length ranging from 9nt to 17nt is marked with a phosphate group at the 5'end.
3.2
DNA coding compounds
With 5'end labeled phosphate group, 3'end with 2~6 base sticky ends, formed by annealing two single-stranded DNAs of 9nt~17nt
