3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions defined in GB/T 34797 apply to this document. 3.1 Phosphorylated labeled nucleic acid A single-stranded DNA with a length ranging from 9nt to 17nt is marked with a phosphate group at the 5'end. 3.2 DNA coding compounds With 5'end labeled phosphate group, 3'end with 2~6 base sticky ends, formed by annealing two single-stranded DNAs of 9nt~17nt Double stranded. 3.3 annealing Two single-stranded DNAs are combined by heating denaturation and cooling renaturation according to the principle of complementary base pairing. 3.4 Complementary strand The two single strands of a double-stranded nucleotide chain formed by base complementary pairing.
