1 Scope
This standard specifies the method for measuring the size of Ir192 gamma ray source by using a reference sample and radiographic film exposed together with Ir192 gamma ray source.
This standard applies to the measurement of the Ir192 gamma-ray source size newly purchased or in use by the user. Ir192 gamma ray source

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions defined in GB/T 12604.2 and JB/T 13156 apply to this document.

Maximum size of gamma ray source
The axis of the gamma ray source (cylinder) is parallel to the film and projects the maximum image size on the film plane.
4 Equipment and equipment
4.1 Ir192 gamma ray source
The Ir192 gamma ray source newly purchased or in use should be stored in a gamma ray machine or other special equipment. Driven by operation
