Safety of tube (OLED) light sources - Part 1: General requirements and tests:
Introduction
As a new generation of light source, OLED light source, the current product structure has gradually shifted from low-end products to mid-to-high-end products, and OLED
The market demand for our products continues to rise: GB/T 39075 "Safety of Organic Light-Emitting Diode (OLED) Light Sources for General Lighting" passed the specification
The safety requirements of OLED light sources have positive significance for promoting the development of new industrialization and promoting the sustainable development of the national economy:
With the expansion of the market application scope of OLED products, in order to better standardize the safe use and testing of OLED products, now according to
The classification of OLED products further refines safety requirements: GB/T 39075 aims to standardize organic light-emitting diodes (OLED) for general lighting
The light source safety requirements are planned to be composed of four parts:
---Part 1: General requirements and tests: The purpose is to establish the application of organic light-emitting diode (OLED) panels for general lighting:
Basic test requirements and test conditions for safety requirements:
---Part 2-1: Special requirements for semi-integrated OLED modules: The purpose is to establish that semi-integrated OLED modules are different from other
Test requirements and test conditions for other OLED products:
---Part 2-2: Special requirements for integrated OLED modules: The purpose is to establish that integrated OLED modules differ from other
Test requirements and test conditions for OLED products:
---Part 2-3: Special requirements for flexible OLED light sheets and panels: The purpose is to establish the difference between flexible OLED light sheets and panels
Test requirements and test conditions for other OLED products:
Organic light-emitting diode (OLED) light sources for general lighting
Safety Part 1: General requirements and tests
1 Scope
This document specifies the general safety requirements for organic light-emitting diode (OLED) light sources for general lighting in indoor and similar situations:
This document applies to equipment powered by a DC power supply not exceeding 1000V or an AC power supply with a frequency not exceeding 1000V and a frequency of 50Hz or 60Hz:
OLED products:
This document applies to any OLED light source not covered by GB/T 39075 Part 2:
Note 1: At this stage, only test methods for DC-powered OLED products are provided, and corresponding provisions for AC-powered OLED products are under consideration:
Note 2: The structure of the OLED light sheet and panel is shown in Figure A:1~Figure A:4 in Appendix A:
Note 3: See Appendix D for OLED lighting systems including OLED panels or modules:
Note 4: This document is applicable to OLED light sources (light sheets, panels, modules) composed of OLED lamps or OLED lamps, and is intended to make the
OLED light sources as components of lighting equipment and in combination with other components comply with IEC 60598 (all parts):
Note 5: If there are OLED light sources that are not applicable to GB/T 39075 Part 2, the requirements and tests in GB/T 39075 Part 2 can be used as the minimum
Use close to applicable guidelines:
