This standard specifies the specimen preparation, equipment, and test procedures for the uniaxial compression modulus of inorganic binder stabilized materials (intermediate section method)

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Inorganic binders stabilized material
The crushed or originally loose materials are mixed with sufficient inorganic binding materials and water, and after mixing, compaction and health preservation, it is resistant to compression

The cylindrical specimen is subjected to pressure parallel to its central axis, and the compressive stress required for unit axial deformation is generated in the linear elastic state.

A test method for measuring the deformation of the middle section of the test piece in order to eliminate the end effect.
4 Specimen preparation
4.1 This method uses a test piece with a diameter of 150mm and a height of 150mm, which can be molded indoors or drilled on site.
4.2 When molding the test piece indoors, shape it according to T0843 in JTGE51, and keep it in accordance with T0845 in JTGE51.
4.3 When the test piece is drilled on site, a cutting machine is used to cut both ends of the test piece to ensure that the height of the test piece is 150mm ± 2.5mm.
4.4 The sample size should not be less than 9.
