1 Scope
This standard specifies the index, calculation method and classification of single station, region and national cool summer.
This standard applies to monitoring, forecasting, evaluation, scientific research and services in cool summer.
2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Single station weatherstation
A certain meteorological observation station, also called station or station.
