1 Scope

This part of GB/T 38924 specifies the civil light and small unmanned aerial vehicle (take-off weight 0.25kg~150kg) system (including aircraft and Ground station) test conditions, test equipment and instruments, test process, test interruption and recovery, test result evaluation and test report in salt spray environment. This part is applicable to civil light and small drones that will be affected by salt spray during storage and use (take-off weight is 0.25kg~ 150kg) system (including aircraft and ground station) to determine that the civilian UAV system is exposed to the salt spray atmosphere for a long time or is in normal use The ability to withstand salt spray atmosphere.

3 Test conditions

3.1 Device under test 3.1.1 Requirements for the equipment under test The equipment under test shall meet the following requirements. a) The technical status of the tested equipment should be consistent with the content of the submitted product information; b) The number of tested equipment should meet the test requirements, and at least one set of tested equipment is required; c) The tested equipment should have quality inspection certificates such as enterprise qualification certificates. 3.1.2 Equipment classification According to the requirements for the use of civil light and small drone systems in salt fog environments, they should be classified into. a) Civil light and small UAV systems that operate in inland environmental conditions for a long time or occasionally operate in coastal areas System, determined as Class A equipment; b) Civil light and small unmanned aerial vehicle systems operating under environmental conditions in coastal areas for a long time are determined to be Class B equipment. 3.2 Salt spray test conditions and tolerances 3.2.1 Salt solution The mass fraction of the salt solution is (5±1)% sodium chloride aqueous solution.
