Part 1. General and framework
1 Scope
This part of GB/T 38002 specifies the overall framework of the serial real-time communication system for manufacturing processes, including the serial communication system.
Device model, communication model, and parameter model.
This section applies to the application, research and system integration of serial real-time communication technology in the manufacturing process.
2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
2.1
Component
A typical, independent, and pre-determinable physical part of a device.
Note. “Device” in GB/T 38002 refers to a serial real-time communication system device with one or more serial real-time communication system master stations and/or slave interfaces.
2.2
Function group functiongroup
A collection of different parameters used to describe a function.
2.3
Resource resource
An application with appropriate parameters whose parameters are described in the feature-specific profile.
2.4
Subdevice sub-device
A management unit that contains one or more resources of a functional group such as initialization, parameter protection, and error handling.
2.5
Master-slave connection master-slaveconnection;MS
A pre-configured, real-time, two-way connection between the primary station and a secondary station.
2.6
Cross communication crosscommunication; CC
A cyclic, pre-configured, real-time, one-way, single-point or multi-point connection between any two nodes in a serial real-time communication network.
2.7
Service channel servicechannel; SVC
Aperiodic, parameter-random, one-way connection between the primary station and a secondary station.
2.8
Nonreal-time communication nonreal-time; NRT
Non-real-time communication connection, time slot for standard Ethernet frames for IP packets.
