Ultra-thin glass reheat line shrinkage test method
Dilatometer
1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, test principles, test devices and conditions for testing the shrinkage rate of ultra-thin glass reheating line by the dilatometer method.
Samples, test procedures, results calculations, test reports, etc.
This standard is applicable to the test of the shrinkage rate of ultra-thin glass reheating line with thickness of 0.4mm~1.1mm, and the reheating line of other thickness flat glass
The test for shrinkage can be referred to this standard.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 15764 apply to this document.
3.1
Reheat line shrinkage rate reheatinglineshrinkage
The ultra-thin glass product is heated again to a specific temperature for a certain period of time, and after cooling to room temperature for a certain period of time, the amount of shrinkage in the length direction is the same as the original length.
The ratio of degrees.
4 Test principle
The glass sample is cooled by reheating, that is, it is heated to a specific temperature at a set heating rate from room temperature, and then kept for a while, and then kept for a while.
When the set cooling rate is lowered to room temperature, the original length Li shrinks relative to before heating. Measuring the length of the glass with a thermal dilatometer
The amount of shrinkage ΔLi, the ratio of the amount of shrinkage to the original length, is the reheat line shrinkage of the glass sample, as shown in FIG.
Description.
Li --- original length of the sample;
ΔLi—the amount of shrinkage after reheating of the sample.
