1 Scope
This standard specifies the safety, personnel, equipment, environment, and safety related to the operation and maintenance of offshore wind turbines (hereinafter referred to as "sea crews").

This standard applies to the operation and maintenance of a fixed-based offshore unit. Floating offshore units can be used as reference.
