Non-destructive testing composite industry computer tomography
(CT) detection method
1 Scope
This standard specifies the general requirements for computer tomography (CT) testing of composite X-ray industry, industrial CT system requirements, inspection
Measurement process, test assessment, test record and report.
This standard is applicable to the detection of density distribution and material uniformity of composite materials such as resin base, ceramic base and metal base, and pores (pores) and cracks.
Detection of defects such as lines, inclusions, delamination, folding and wrinkles.

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 34365 apply to this document.
4 General requirements
The requirements for the inspection personnel, testing room, control room and radiation protection safety shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T 29070.
5 Industrial CT system requirements
5.1 Basic requirements
5.1.1 The subsystems of the industrial CT system are configured in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 29068.
5.1.2 Before selecting an industrial CT system, the characteristics of the composite material to be inspected, such as geometric size, quality, material composition, and defect status, should be analyzed.
The characteristics of the composite material examined determine the parameters of the mechanical scanning system, the ray source system, and the detection system in the industrial CT system. For example,
The maximum weight and maximum diameter of the composite material determine the parameter range of the object to be inspected by the industrial CT system, and the defect status of the composite material to be inspected
Different or different testing requirements may also lead to large differences in industrial CT systems.
