1 Scope
This standard specifies the perfluorooctane sulfonate (PFOS) and perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) extractable from leather and fur.

3 Principle
Extraction of perfluorooctanesulfonyl compound (PFOS) and perfluorooctanoic acid from a sample using a Soxhlet extraction apparatus using methanol as a solvent
Substance (PFOA), the extract is purified by solid phase extraction column and determined by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) with selected ions.
Confirm that the external standard method is quantitative.
4 reagents and materials
4.1 General Provisions. The reagents used in this standard refer to analytically pure reagents when no other requirements are indicated. Used in this standard
Water, when the specifications are not stated, shall comply with the provisions of Class I water in GB/T 6682.
4.2 Acetonitrile, chromatographically pure.
4.3 Methanol, chromatographically pure.
4.4 Ammonium acetate, excellent grade.
4.5 Ammonium acetate solution (5mmol/L). Weigh 0.385g of ammonium acetate, dissolve it with ultrapure water, and dilute to 1000mL, shake well, use before use
Filter through a 0.22 μm filter.
4.6 Acetonitrile-ammonium acetate mixed solution. Mix an appropriate amount of acetonitrile (see 4.2) and ammonium acetate solution (see 4.5) at a volume ratio of 2.3.
4.7 1% Ammonia-Methanol Solution. Take 1 mL of ammonia water, add to a 100 mL volumetric flask, dilute to the mark with methanol, and shake well.
