3.1
Safety assessment safetyassessment
Inspection and measurement of equipment structure and parts wear, corrosion, cracks, deformation, etc., on the operating conditions and carrying capacity of the whole machine
Conduct an experiment to determine whether it can be used normally, degraded or not available (hereinafter referred to as evaluation).
3.2
Downgrade using degradeapplication
Due to the structural, component or safety performance, the original design requirements cannot be met. According to the provisions of this standard, the technical use of the equipment to be evaluated is reduced.
The number or limit of the use of features. Degraded use is divided into two types. mild degraded use and severely degraded.
4 Evaluation method
4.1 General
The main contents of the lift evaluation include data inspection, disintegration inspection, operation test and machine evaluation, as follows.
a) Data inspection includes equipment technical documents and safety technical files. Incomplete identification, no maintenance records, no retrospective manufacturing, change
Lifts that make and repair information should not be evaluated;
b) Disintegration inspections shall include inspection of metal structures, major components and safety devices. The focus of the disintegration inspection is on the metal structure.
On the basis of comprehensive visual inspection, the parts are subjected to random inspection, such as corrosion, wear, cracks and deformation. Main components,
