1 Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and labeling, packaging, transportation and storage requirements for red sugar.
This standard applies to sugar in sugar cane, sugar beet or raw sugar for the production of direct or indirect raw sugar.

3 Technical requirements
3.1 level
The sugar is divided into two grades, grade one and grade two according to the requirements of physical and chemical requirements.
3.2 Sensory requirements
Red sugar is brownish-red or brownish-brown, sweet and slightly sweetened with molasses, with a small number of black spots greater than 0.2mm in length per square meter of surface area
