Introduction
Libraries are using radio frequency identification (RFID) technology to replace bar code technology for collection identification, and apply it to reader self-service and security
And the literature is being processed. Using standard data models to encode information in RFID tags can improve the efficiency of library technology investment
Benefits, especially by improving the interoperability between RFID tags and equipment, can enhance resource sharing between libraries.
Through understanding of the experience of national standard programs and supplier solutions, the ISO collaborative library organization jointly released the ISO 28560 series.
Column standards. Among them, ISO 28560-1 defines mandatory and optional data elements, and ISO 28560-2 and ISO 28560-3 define work
There are two coding schemes for RFID tags with a frequency of 13.56MHz for libraries to choose from. ISO TS28560-4 defines the frequency in
Encoding scheme for RFID tags from 860MHz to 960MHz.
GB/T 35660 aims to establish a relatively complete set of standardized data encoding formats suitable for the management of library radio frequency identification in my country
The system is to be composed of 3 parts.
---Part 1.Data elements and general guidelines for implementation. Provides radio frequency identification for collections required by various types of libraries
(RFID) Tag usage model.
---Part 2.RFID data element coding based on ISO /IEC 15962 rules. Provides for various types of libraries
The required data model and coding rules for the collection of radio frequency identification (RFID) tags.
---Part 3.Partition storage of data element coding in RFID tags based on ISO /IEC 15962 rules. For operating frequency
Data coding scheme developed based on the storage structure of UHF RFID tags at 860MHz-960MHz. Corresponding RFID reading
The reader is set to comply with local radio regulations. This document is the same as GB/T 35660.2, adopting ISO /IEC 15962 rules
coding.
This document aims to standardize the coding of data elements in RFID tags stored in partitions based on ISO /IEC 15962 rules.
Information and Literature Library Radio Frequency Identification (RFID)
Part 3.Partition storage of RFID tags based on
Data element coding according to ISO /IEC 15962 rules
1 Scope
This document defines the coding rules of data elements in GB/T 35660.1 in RFID tags with 4 partitions storage structure.
Mainly for UHF RFID tags that comply with ISO /IEC 18000-63 (ISO /IEC 18000-6 Type C), but not limited to this type of technology
The label of the technique.
For the subset of data elements extracted from GB/T 35660.1, the coding rules follow the requirements of ISO /IEC 15962, that is, the
Like the identifier structure to identify the encoding method of the data element. Taking into account different privacy requirements, this document defines a unique collection
Set storage area 01, which is the encoding rule in MB01, and also define other related data elements in another independent storage area 11, namely
Encoding rules in MB11.Each storage area can be operated by different addressing instructions of the corresponding RFID technology.
This document satisfies various types of libraries (such as national libraries, academic libraries, public libraries, corporate libraries, professional libraries, academic libraries, etc.).
School library, etc.) apply RFID technology management needs.
This document provides standards-based necessary information about the application of RFID in libraries. For additional information about the implementation, please refer to the attachment.
