1 Scope
This standard specifies the basic regulations, classification, organization, content and expression of the public service electronic map tile data.
This standard is applicable to the production of two-dimensional vector and video electronic map tile data for public services provided by government or public organizations.

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

According to a certain grid division rule, several picture units formed by dividing a map defining a geographic coverage area are formed.

3 Basic regulations
3.1 coordinate system
The coordinate system of the electronic map tile data adopts.2000 National Earth Coordinate System (CGCS2000).
3.2 Specifications
The tile data specification is defined as follows.
a) The tile data blocks start at 180° west longitude, 90° north latitude, and increase east to south.
b) The tile data block size is 256 pixels x 256 pixels.
3.3 Format
The tile data format uses PNG or JPG.
