introduction

Off-road forklifts are capable of doing the work of many different types of vehicles due to their unique structure and the variety of accessories they can be equipped with. It is widely used, and foreign countries already have a complete technical standard system for off-road forklifts. At present, some domestic manufacturers have also entered this field. The international high-end market has strict entry requirements. In order to break the technical trade barriers, we have accelerated the conversion of rough terrain forklifts to international standards. The safety requirements and verification methods of our country's off-road forklifts will be aligned with international standards as soon as possible. GB/T 35205 "Safety Requirements and Verification of Rough Terrain Forklifts" aims to establish safety requirements and verification methods for rough terrain forklifts. The following sections are to be released. --- Part 1.Telescopic forklifts. The purpose is to specify the safety requirements and verification of telescopic forklifts. --- Part 2.Rotary forklifts. The purpose is to specify the safety requirements and verification of rotary forklifts. --- Part 3.Truck-mounted forklifts. The purpose is to specify the safety requirements and verification of truck-mounted forklifts. --- Part 4.Additional requirements for telescopic forklifts carrying loads that can swing freely. The purpose is to specify the requirements for lifting loads that can swing freely. Safety requirements and verification of additional requirements for telescopic forklifts carrying loads. --- Part 5.Connection devices for telescopic forklifts and integrated personnel work platforms. The purpose is to specify the connection devices for telescopic forklifts and integrated personnel work platforms. Safety requirements and verification of connection devices between integrated personnel work platforms. --- Part 6.Tilting cab. The purpose is to specify the installation of tilting cabs on telescopic forklifts and slewing forklifts security requirements and verification. --- Part 7.Longitudinal load moment system. The purpose is to specify the design, Security requirements and verification. Safety requirements and verification of truck-mounted forklifts are given in ISO 20297-1. Safety requirements and verification of rough terrain forklifts Part 4.Lifting of freely swinging loads Additional requirements for telescopic forklifts

1 Scope

This document specifies additional safety requirements and verification methods for telescopic forklifts equipped with lifting attachments (hereinafter referred to as "forklifts"). Lifting attachments are used to lift suspended loads that can swing freely in one or more directions. This document applies to forklift trucks covered by ISO 10896-1 and ISO 10896-2. This document does not apply to the following situations. ---Depending on the design of the load or lifting attachment, suspended loads that can swing freely in any direction must not be lifted; --- According to the definition of ISO 21898, flexible intermediate bulk containers are lifted using forklift forks; ---All accessories/devices used for lifting personnel; --- Lifting accessories are not considered part of the lifting equipment; ---Freight container handler; --- Telescopic forklifts equipped with lifting attachments and used to lift suspended loads, manufactured before the date of publication. This document covers the significant hazards, risks and dangers associated with forklifts handling freely suspended loads when the forklifts are used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. situation or dangerous event.
