1 Scope
This standard specifies the level of the closed circuit cycle of the washing plant.
This standard applies to the entire process of design and production of coal preparation plants.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 7186 apply to this document.
3.1
Unit supplement water amount make-upwaterperrawton
The coal preparation plant uses a wet separation process to process one ton of raw coal, which is required to be added to the sorting system.
Note. The unit is cubic meters per ton (m3/t).
4 level
4.1 Classification
The closed cycle of washing water in coal preparation plant is divided into three grades. first grade, second grade and third grade.
4.2 Level 1
4.2.1 Realize clean coal preparation, wash water to achieve dynamic balance, and not discharge to the outside of the plant. See Appendix A for the unit water supply index.
4.2.2 The slime is completely recovered by machinery in the workshop.
4.2.3 There is a buffer pool or thickener, and a complete water return system.
4.2.4 The main selection process is that the washing water concentration of the coal preparation plant for heavy medium coal preparation is not more than 0.5g/L, and the main selection process is washing the coal preparation plant of the jigging coal preparation.
The concentration is not more than 5g/L.
4.2.5 The amount of raw coal imported into the project reached more than 70% of the design capacity.
4.3 Level 2
4.3.1 Washing water achieves dynamic balance and does not discharge to the outside of the plant. See Appendix A for the unit water supply index.
4.3.2 The slime is completely recovered by machinery in the workshop.
4.3.3 There is a buffer pool or thickener and a complete backwater system.
4.3.4 The main selection process is that the washing water concentration of the coal preparation plant for heavy medium coal preparation is not more than 1.5g/L, and the main selection process is the washing of the coal preparation plant of the jigging coal preparation.
The concentration is not more than 10g/L.
