This standard replaces GB/T 3484-1993 "General corporate energy balance."
This standard compared with GB/T 3484-1993, the main changes are as follows.
--- Increased business and a block diagram of the energy balance equation;
--- Deleted the original standard Chapter 5 Energy balance sheet preparation requirements;
--- Modify the energy balance of the enterprise technical specifications;
--- Remove the original calculation of standard Chapter 7 enterprises efficient use of energy;
--- Simplifies the content of enterprise energy balance report;
--- Canceled Appendix form.
This standard by the National Standardization Technical Committee Sub-Committee on Energy and energy management and centralized management.

This standard applies to the enterprise and internal and independent energy unit. Other units can also be used with reference to use.
