This standard replaces GB/T 3482-1983 "Lightning test electronic equipment", GB/T 3483-1983 "Lightning test electronic equipment guide

This standard and GB/T 3482-1983, GB/T 3483-1983 and GB/T 7450-1987 compared to the main changes are as follows.
