This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 19516-2004 "highway wired emergency call system technical requirements." And GB/T 19516-2004
In addition, editorial changes in addition to the main technical changes are as follows.
