1 Scope
This standard specifies the project marine vessel mooring and sea trials and test conditions, test procedures and content, and reporting of test records
General provisions.
This standard applies to new marine vessel routine test items. Special devices and equipment and mobile offshore platforms other than those specified in this standard
The test can be implemented by reference.

3 General Provisions
3.1 Each new ship mooring before the test, the design should be based on the unit or shipyard provisions of this standard, in consultation with the relevant units, the preparation of the ship

3.2 The test results for each project, shall comply with applicable laws, rules, conventions, norms or standards.
