3 Terms and definitions
GB/T 34148 defined and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.

The project of water-saving and reduction of water, water efficiency, water-saving benefits such as analysis, evaluation and validation process.

To compare and determine the amount of water-saving, water-saving measures before the implementation of a certain period of time.
