Introduction
The review of the entry and exit of cultural relics is an important measure for my country to strengthen the protection of cultural relics and prevent the loss of precious cultural relics.
The Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the State Administration of Cultural Heritage have successively issued the "Regulations on the Administration of the Examination and Approval of the Entry and Exit of Cultural Relics" and the "Standards for the Examination and Approval of the Exit of Cultural Relics".

1 Scope
This document establishes the review procedures for the export of jewelry cultural relics, and stipulates the requirements for category determination, age determination, value assessment and the formation of review conclusions.
The corresponding verification method is described.
This document is applicable to the review of jewelry and cultural relics leaving the country.
This document does not apply to the review of temporary entry and re-entry of cultural relics or temporary exit of cultural relics.

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 33290.1 and the following apply to this document.
3.1
Jewelry
An ornament worn on the head, neck, wrist, arm, fingers and other parts of the human body that comes into contact with the human body.
4 Audit Procedure
The review procedure should comply with the relevant requirements of GB/T 33290.1, and the review of jewelry and cultural relics for export should be carried out according to the following procedures.

5 Category determination
5.1 Determination requirements
The application materials submitted by the carrier or applicant should be reviewed, the physical objects should be checked, and the declaration of export should be determined based on the shape, material, patterns and other characteristics.
Category of the item. If it is jewelry, it should be reviewed in accordance with the provisions of this document.
5.2 Information Records
5.2.1 The name, texture, quantity and size of the articles declared for export should be recorded.
5.2.2 A full-length photo of the items to be declared for export should be retained. The photo should clearly reflect the typical features of the jewellery, with a resolution of no less than 12 million pixels.
