Introduction
The review of the entry and exit of cultural relics is an important measure for my country to strengthen the protection of cultural relics and prevent the loss of precious cultural relics.
The Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the State Administration of Cultural Heritage have successively issued the "Regulations on the Administration of the Examination and Approval of the Entry and Exit of Cultural Relics" and the "Standards for the Examination and Approval of the Exit of Cultural Relics".

1 Scope
This document establishes the review procedures for the export of cultural relics such as vehicles, ships, carriages and sedan chairs, and stipulates the classification, age, value assessment and the formation of review conclusions.
The corresponding verification method is described.
This document applies to the review of vehicle, vessel, carriage and sedan cultural relics that may be exported.
This document does not apply to the review of temporary entry and re-entry of cultural relics or temporary exit of cultural relics.
